    • questioning techniques to expose problems and understand business impact

  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue quotas as determined during goalsetting meetings and by management.
  • Regular feedback to marketing with the aim of better addressing our end customers and constantly optimising our existing process
  • Work and regular exchange with other DAC as well as reports to DocuWare and Ricoh Chile.
  • Editing requests by mail and on the phone.
  • Maintenance of SQL and opportunities in CRM
  • Create complex offers
  • Create and maintain a valid forecast
  • Carry out planning discussions with customers
  • Independent support of customers
  • Configuration of simple solutions for demo purposes  
  • Set-up and support of the after sales process
  • Creation of customer references
  • Planning and hosting webinars for end customers
  • Participation and presentation at fairs and other events
  • Possibly processing of tenders
  • Responding to legal framework conditions
  • Travel extensively to visit prospects and for Docuware’s Quarterly Sales Briefings in the US.
