The Manager plays a strategic role in shaping and executing our HR strategy. This role is instrumental in driving HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with our business goals. The HR Manager works closely with senior leaders to optimize HR practices. Operational advice and coordination are also key aspects of this role.

Leadership & Management:
*Leads, mentors, and develops HR team. and Business Leaders.
•Ensure regional programs, policies and practices are implemented in the Country.
•Recommends implementing local programs, policies, and practices when needed aligned to company’s strategy and culture.
•Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HR team.

Strategic HR Partnership: 
*Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster employee engagement, and drive talent management strategies.
•Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues and initiatives.
•Provide strategic guidance to HR teams, ensuring consistent HR practices
•Drive the development and implementation of local HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
* Establish internal and external (client) contact networks within the organization, with the goal of identifying HR needs for the business.

Operational HR Management:
*Oversee the execution of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee development.
•Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the Country
•Coordinate and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
•Oversee the implementation and standardization, when applicable, of regional HR policies, processes, and programs.
*Leadership of the team of HR Practitioners who report to the country under their responsibility

Cross-Cultural Coordination:
•Implement and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
•Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between HR local team  and HR Director to align with COEs.

Performance & Metrics:
•Develop and monitor key HR and business metrics to assess HR effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
•Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on HR performance and trends.
•Identify and address areas for improvement in HR processes and practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across countries.
•Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations of the Country. 
•Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives and optimize HR practices.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a customer-centric mindset.
•Proficient in using HRIS systems and HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
•Bilingual. English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
