JOB SUMMARY
The System Support Analyst serves as a trusted technical advisor to Ricoh's Managed Service BPO clients,
providing premium support services aligned with client priorities to maximize the business value of their Ricoh-
related application investments. The System Support Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and
architecture of Ricoh BSS products and customer solutions that utilize the RICOH brand and selected third-party
software solutions. Additionally, the System Support Analyst is responsible for implementing RICOH Portal and
Disc Image systems, as well as integrating architecture, design, and implementation standards for these solutions.
RESPONSABILITIES
· Analyze customers’ business and technical requirements to design tailored solutions that meet their
specific needs.
· Analyze complex data from multiple sources and correlate findings to identify issues and propose effective
solutions.
· Design workflow processes aligned with business outcomes for Ricoh Core Portal and Disc Image
systems.
· Coordinate multiple resources across functional groups within RICOH and with partner vendors.
· Serve as a subject matter expert in critical RICOH BPO disciplines, including advanced data capture,
document management, and workflow solutions.
· Support the direct sales department, design teams, and the RICOH PS group in preparing and delivering
presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and internal training.
· Participate in sales calls, customer workshops, software demonstrations, and all activities aimed at
promoting RICOH BPO offerings.
· Perform technical support tasks for the Ricoh Rancho Cordova site, including local server/desktop
administration, LAN/WAN monitoring, and technical support for BIS data capture equipment.
· Develop pre-sales system demonstrations and implement post-sales workflow solutions.
· Provide post-sales system training to customers on Ricoh Core Portal and Disc Image systems.
· Support the growth and expansion of existing customer accounts.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
