Position profile: Lead national commercial activities by developing strategies across various business lines to achieve revenue, gross profit, growth, and market share objectives aligned with Ricoh Mexico strategy. Additionally, this role requires building strong relationships with the regional leadership team to support business growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Translate the sales strategy for Mexico with the General Manager, breaking down strategic objectives into local-level initiatives and activities.

Lead profitable growth across all verticals by implementing key account focus programs, ensuring strategy execution and achievement of the country’s goals.

Increase the market share of products and services, particularly PPBG and Advanced Services, leveraging experience and relationships to attract new clients and generate additional revenue opportunities.

Help current and new clients understand Ricoh's value proposition persuasively, positioning us as the preferred solutions integrator in the industry.

Prepare and manage the budget to ensure effective execution of the sales strategy.

Develop a local pricing strategy and policies to ensure defined sales objectives are met.

Understand market trends and products, implementing necessary measures to adapt to new trends.

Plan, direct, and coordinate actions that support closing business through direct marketing efforts.

Represent Ricoh at trade shows and events.

Lead and supervise the sales force actions to achieve targets.

Monitor sales (revenues and expenses) against plans to identify problem areas and adjust procedures to improve overall commercial team performance.

Maintain constant communication with logistics and service departments, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Negotiate prices with key clients of strategic importance to the company.

Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Lead, assess, and develop the sales team towards goal achievement, identifying future successors.

In partnership with HR, recruit, train, and develop the right talent for the team.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with a university degree required.

MBA (preferred)

Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles, managing commercial teams, selling technology (such as multifunction devices or IT solutions), building C-Level relationships, managing a client portfolio, executing end-to-end sales processes, and implementing commercial strategies.
