At Ricoh Mexico, we are looking for an HR Business Manager.

 

Objective:
Execute Human Resources strategies that drive the achievement of key business goals: optimizing structure, processes, culture, and people to maintain a high-performing organization and meet business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategies to improve organizational, team, and individual performance.
  • Ensure proper execution of the recruitment and selection process based on Ricoh's corporate guidelines and support active processes when necessary.
  • Develop training and development plans based on identified needs in the areas.
  • Ensure engagement plans created by area leaders are established and executed.
  • Ensure the organizational structure operates optimally according to the company’s objectives and needs.
  • Ensure effective internal communication based on business operation requirements.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of personnel information in the organization's systems.
  • Support the Talent Review process with the organization’s managers.
  • Ensure succession and development plans defined in the organization are implemented.
  • Get involved in business operations to provide HR-related solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of the organization’s areas, particularly Commercial and CX (Service).
  • Address issues and needs from top management and department directors.
  • Ensure equity and compensation strategies are in place.
  • Coordinate organizational events related to Human Resources.
  • Ensure proper REPSE registration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory).
  • Advanced English – capable of maintaining a conversation.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior HRBP or 2 years as an HR Manager.
  • Technical knowledge in Human Resources, Federal Labor Law, and organizational development.
