At Ricoh Mexico, we are looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Objective:
Responsible for executing the company's recruitment process. Ensure that the personnel joining the company meets the profile and skills required in the job description. Execute the necessary actions to bring in the required talent for the requesting area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process according to established guidelines to meet the needs of requesting areas.
  • Post job vacancies on the appropriate platforms to gather information from potential candidates for open positions.
  • Properly profile the position to be recruited with the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Propose and manage all necessary evaluations, panels, and assessments to select the right candidate.
  • Request all necessary documentation from the finalist candidate for hiring.
  • Ensure that the selected finalist candidate has a competitive offer aligned with the area's internal equity.
  • Ensure compliance with established KPIs related to time-to-fill metrics.
  • Participate in forums, conferences, and events to network with industry companies and expand the candidate network.
  • Provide general support in HR-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (must have a degree).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar position.
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting positions in the IT industry.
  • Advanced English.
