POSITION PROFILE |

Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente mediante el funcionamiento óptimo de los equipos y multifuncionales “Ricoh” en sitio, brindando soporte a usuarios finales por teléfono, chat o correo electrónica y siendo responsable de realizar pedidos de tóner de manera proactiva para toda la base de equipos instalados; evitando así, escalaciones o quejas por parte del cliente.
