We are currently looking for a Sr. Tax Analyst to join our team at Ricoh Uruguay.

Objective:

Ensure that the accounting information of all companies in the region complies with established policies, standards, and procedures, as well as applicable legal and tax regulations, in order to produce accurate and timely financial data to support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax requirements from the head office and key stakeholders.
• Lead the consolidation, tracking, and continuous improvement of quarterly and annual tax reports, with a focus on process optimization and automation.
• Identify and define new reporting requirements to ensure compliance with corporate policies, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
• Ensure consistency between statutory and corporate financial information across all Latin American subsidiaries.
• Coordinate updates and legal adaptations of the corporate structure across the region, based on applicable documentation.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of intercompany transaction data to support transfer pricing reports and audits across LATAM.
• Provide support on ad hoc projects within the Finance Shared Services Center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multinational companies, focused on accounting and international tax activities.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in at least one ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills.
