At Ricoh Puerto Rico, we are looking for the position of Software Developer and Post Sales Solution Specialist.

Position Profile:

A Software Developer and Post Sales Solution Specialist is a dynamic and versatile professional who will play a dual role within our organization. This individual will join a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software applications, while also supporting the post-sales delivery of enterprise content management and automation solutions.

The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to implement new projects, deliver support after deployment, and ensure the successful configuration and integration of both custom and pre-configured solutions.

Main Responsibilies:

  • Analyze, design, develop, and test software solutions using best practices and company standards.
  • Implement business processes and System Integration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure quality assurance practices are followed.
  • Document technical designs and maintain system specifications.
  • Perform software installations, configurations, upgrades, and client onboarding remotely or on-site.
  • Deliver training sessions to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing outstanding customer support.
  • Implement pre-configured IT and automation solutions and customize them based on client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of activities using internal project management tools.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams working on multiple client implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Follow project plans under the guidance of a Project Manager, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  • Engage in clear, effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Support internal teams in risk identification and participate in root cause analysis when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software Engineer, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development and/or enterprise IT solution implementation.
  • Previous experience with automation platforms (Camunda, etc.) and/or document management systems (SharePoint, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and conduct user training sessions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and experience managing concurrent projects.
  • Understanding of software architecture, technical designs, and system specifications.
