POSITION PROFILE:
The Pre-Sales Specialist plays a critical role in our organization, working closely with our Account Executives in a pre-sale technical capacity. In this position, you will be responsible for presenting RICOH product solutions, setting up engaging demonstrations, and articulating the key features and benefits to our customers. Your expertise will be vital in designing and configuring products to precisely align with our customers' unique requirements.
As PreSales Engineer Specializing in IT Services will work closely with the sales, technical, and implementation teams to provide strategic support in designing and proposing IT service solutions that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business valu

Your technical expertise and your adeptness at articulating the value proposition offered by RICOH will be instrumental in attaining our sales goals and delivering an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: (Education, Experience and Certifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, datacenter, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or managed services.
- 5+ years proven capability and experience in working with IT service models such as Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, or IT Outsourcing.
- Good understanding and experience of selling, designing, integrating and implementing IT services and solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and other service delivery frameworks is a plus.
- Vendor certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Aruba, HPE, Dell) are an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Public speaking experience or aptitude to become a great communicator.
- Demonstrates organizational skills while working on multiple projects.
