POSITION PROFILE
Results-driven professionals lead agile projects to deliver digital solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Ensure teams follow Agile practices and the Scrum framework, enhance team efficiency, and maintain proactive customer relationships for successful project delivery.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Facilitate and schedule Scrum activities such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Remove impediments blocking the development team’s progress.
- Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Promote an agile culture that encourages self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and Product Owners.
- Implement agile frameworks tailored to each project's context and team.
- Ensure the delivery and quality of services and products, while collaborating with commercial teams on new business opportunities or project expansions.
- Design and optimize internal processes to enhance business efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor operational KPIs and produce reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, tech) to align execution with strategic goals.
- Support project-related resource management, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Drive initiatives to improve internal tools and digital workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master (CSM certification or equivalent preferred).
- Experience in operational management or project coordination in tech or digital services companies.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, project metrics, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in highly dynamic environments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience in business application development and with technologies and architecture of Java-based software systems
- Basic knowledge of working with BPM suites, as our origin is Business Process Management BPM with the core of our platform being a workflow or process orchestration engine
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
