At Ricoh Puerto Rico, we are looking for the position of Workplace Account Executive - Enterprise

 

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform sales activities in a Digital Sales environment. Drives business results by achieving revenue, equipment placements and services growth. Leverages the customer base and champions the expansion of services across the business line. The primary objective will be to retain the existing customer base and expand Ricoh's product and services footprint. The Digital Sales Representative will manage all sales activities and pipeline based on a given account portfolio.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Other duties may be assigned.

· Responsible for driving sales, renewing and expanding Ricoh’s solution portfolio in customer space with a mix of digital and in person approach.

· Business to Business sales consultant approach with strong customer management skills.

· Customer management to existing customers with focus on customer retention and expansion of Ricoh's solution offerings.

· Aligned sales representative's approach and customer understanding with Ricoh's strategic direction.

· Facilitates a team-based work environment.

· Proactively builds an internal and external pipeline of sales representative candidates and introduces Ricoh's products and solutions via outreach efforts.

· Manage the sales process from Prospecting to Close

· Build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline

· Schedule and perform product demos for prospects and clients alike

· Provide strong sales, marketing, and sales engineering support

· Maintain contact with prospects to develop long term, growing relationships

· Prioritize competing day to day activities to ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met.

· Performs other duties of support as part of a team sales process.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· A minimum of 3 years Sales experience.

· BA in Business / Marketing

· Track record of exceeding company sales quotas

· Multi-tasking and strong time management skills

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

· Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike

· Experience using a CRM or contact management system

· Strong business acumen.

 

COMMUNICATION:

Mastery of both verbal and written communication skills that allow you to express yourself clearly and certainly in English and Spanish with internal or external personnel and at any hierarchical level.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in business administration from an accredited university with a concentration in Management or Information Systems and minimum (3) years of related experience. You must have knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft Office operating system (Word, Power Point and Excel), Window and Outlook.
