POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a results-driven and dedicated Workplace Account Executive to join our Puerto Rico team, with a specialized focus on the RGC portfolio for commercial printers in the private sector. This is a newly created role aimed at strengthening Ricoh’s position in the commercial print space, and requires a sales professional fully committed to selling only the RGC line of solutions and services across the island.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starting B2B sales executive who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships, understands the commercial print industry, and is passionate about delivering value to clients through tailored RGC offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive sales exclusively for the RGC portfolio in the commercial printing segment within Puerto Rico’s private sector.
· Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to expand Ricoh’s footprint in commercial printing environments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial print customers.
· Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings, product demos, and consultations to showcase RGC solutions.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts to maximize RGC portfolio penetration.
· Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for RGC print solutions.
· Collaborate with internal sales engineers, marketing, and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
· Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
· Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial print or technology solutions.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the commercial printing landscape and related technology.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
· Strong negotiation, time management, and customer engagement abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Ability to travel across Puerto Rico as required.
