We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Your expertise in candidate assessment, relationship building, and strategic planning will be vital in attracting and selecting the best candidates to meet our organization's talent needs.

 

POSITION OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to delivery, for a variety of positions across different departments and levels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify, attract and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, competency-based interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and Ricoh’s cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection methodologies.

Work in projects with the TA Manager and Comms Manager related with employer brand, recruitment marketing, social media and communication strategies.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Grad school in Human Resources (desirable)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • English Proficiency Level
  • Experience in HR projects with agile methodologies (desirable)

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

 

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage the recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of HR agile methodologies
